HomeoValley (“we”, “our”, “the clinic”) is a homeopathy practice run by Dr. Aysha Perween, BHMS, at HomeoValley – Neo-Classic Homeopathic Clinic, Rd No. 1, near Ashok Nagar, Ashok Kunj, Kadru, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834002. This policy explains what information we collect from patients and visitors, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, age, gender, mobile or WhatsApp number, city or district, and the health details you share for a consultation (symptoms, duration, medical history, reports and photographs you choose to send).
• Appointment details: the date and time slot you book, whether the consultation is online or at the clinic, and payment status.
• Automatically collected: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, used only to keep the website secure and to understand which pages are useful.

Why we use it

• To give you a homeopathic consultation, prescribe and follow up on treatment.
• To confirm appointments, send reminders and reply to your questions on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To maintain your case record, which classical homeopathy requires for long-term treatment.
• To process consultation fees and issue receipts.
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations that apply to a medical practice.

Health information

Health details are sensitive personal data. We collect them only for treatment, we do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising. Case records are seen only by Dr. Aysha Perween and, where necessary, by clinic staff assisting with appointments — all of whom are bound by patient confidentiality.

WhatsApp and messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) to send appointment confirmations, reminders, OTPs for account login and replies to your queries. When you message us on WhatsApp, your number and message are processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP or telling us on a call.

Payments

Online consultation fees are collected through a payment gateway (Razorpay). Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the gateway’s secure page and are never stored on our website or servers. We receive only the payment status, amount and a reference number.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the clinic — messaging (Meta/WhatsApp), payments (Razorpay), website hosting and email — and only to the extent needed for that service;
• A pharmacy or courier partner, limited to the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your medicines;
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Medical case records are retained for as long as is required for continuity of treatment and by applicable medical record-keeping norms. Website analytics data is kept in aggregate only. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so except where we are legally required to retain a medical record.

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies for logging in to your patient account and for site performance. We do not run advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the patient login may then not work.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, patient accounts are protected by OTP verification, and access to case records is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw consent for promotional messages at any time. Write to us at care@homeovalley.com or call +91-91551-49427 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Children are treated only with a parent or guardian present, and their information is provided and managed by that parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new “last updated” date.
