These terms apply to everyone who uses homeovalley.com, books a consultation or receives treatment from HomeoValley, run by Dr. Aysha Perween, BHMS, at HomeoValley – Neo-Classic Homeopathic Clinic, Rd No. 1, near Ashok Nagar, Ashok Kunj, Kadru, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834002.

Nature of the service

We provide homeopathic consultation, prescription and follow-up, in person at our Ranchi clinic and online for patients across Jharkhand and India. Homeopathy is a recognised system of medicine in India. Treatment outcomes vary from person to person and no result is guaranteed.

Booking and fees

• Appointments can be booked on the website, on WhatsApp or by phone. A slot is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message.
• The consultation fee shown at the time of booking is the fee payable. Medicine and courier charges, where applicable, are separate.
• Please join an online consultation within 10 minutes of your slot. Beyond that the slot may be given to the next patient.

Your responsibilities as a patient

• Give complete and correct information about your symptoms, history, ongoing medicines and reports. A homeopathic prescription depends entirely on what you report.
• Do not stop any ongoing conventional medicine on your own. Discuss it with the prescribing doctor.
• Follow the dosage and diet advice given, and report back at the follow-up so the prescription can be adjusted.

What this service is not

This is not an emergency service. For chest pain, breathlessness, bleeding, high fever with drowsiness, injury, poisoning, pregnancy complications or any sudden serious symptom, go to the nearest hospital immediately. Information on this website is general education, not a prescription for your specific case.

Medicines

Medicines are dispensed from the clinic or couriered. Delivery timelines depend on the courier. Medicines are dispensed against a prescription and cannot be returned once dispatched, for reasons of safety and hygiene.

Records and confidentiality

Your case record is confidential and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
